What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Marketing Analysts as part of a structured intern-to-full-time development program. This role is designed to give recent graduates practical exposure to commercial analytics, sales support, and forecasting in a team-based environment.
- Maintain routine and ad-hoc reporting for the assigned business unit (daily, monthly, annual comparisons).
- Use marketing data cubes, analytics tools, and internal applications to support business processes and budgeting.
- Manage sales forecasting, sales reporting, and other analytical datasets.
- Support management and cross-functional partners with data analysis to measure profitability across classes of trade and markets.
- Work in CRM to address customer cases, submit and evaluate opportunities, and support operational requests.
- Learn and apply industry trends, regulatory influences, economic drivers, and commercial strategies.
- Support initiatives to enhance commercial value and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Build familiarity with Commodity Trading Risk Management (CTRM) tools and analytics workflows.
Who You Are / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field — or up to five (5) years of equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in analytics, pricing, fuel/commodity marketing, revenue and profitability management, or a related analytical role.
- Strong quantitative aptitude and comfort working with large datasets (Excel, SQL, or similar).
- Clear communicator who can translate analysis into actionable business recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage recurring reporting deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and forecasting processes is a plus.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience or coursework in business analytics, statistics, or data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to commercial sales, supply chain, or commodity markets.
- Internship or project experience supporting sales analytics or pricing strategies.
