What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking entry-level Marketing Analysts as part of a new-hire training program that can convert to full-time employment. This role gives recent graduates broad exposure to commercial operations, sales, supply & trading, logistics, and analytics in a team-based environment.

  • Maintain daily, monthly and annual reporting for assigned business units.
  • Use marketing cubes, analytics tools and internal applications to support reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Maintain sales forecasting, sales reporting, and other analytical datasets.
  • Analyze data to measure profitability across classes of trade and markets.
  • Use the CRM to manage customer cases, submit and evaluate opportunities, and track operational changes.
  • Build an understanding of industry trends, regulations, economic conditions, and client marketing strategies.
  • Support initiatives that improve commercial value and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Gain introductory exposure to Commodity Trading Risk Management (CTRM) tools.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and reconcile sales and forecast reports for assigned accounts.
  • Support budget and internal reporting cycles.
  • Assist cross-functional partners (sales, supply, logistics, trading) with analytics and reporting needs.
  • Respond to CRM cases and support operational changes.
  • Help measure revenue and profitability drivers for assigned markets.
  • Contribute to commercial strategy discussions and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics or related discipline — or equivalent experience (up to 5 years in lieu).
  • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, pricing, fuel marketing sales, revenue/profitability management, or related roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
  • Basic familiarity with CRM platforms and interest in commercial analytics.
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate across sales, supply and operations teams.
  • Willingness to learn industry-specific systems, including CTRM tools.
