What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Marketing Analyst to support inbound marketing efforts and customer engagement. This entry-level role is focused on delivering a great prospect experience, qualifying leads, and coordinating with originators and lending teams.

• Take inbound marketing calls via the corporate phone system and respond professionally.
• Work closely with lending teams (Columbus and Honolulu) to route and support leads.
• Learn mortgage-industry concepts and proven conversion techniques.
• Classify and prioritize incoming leads; transfer qualified prospects to originators.
• Create individualized customer-service experiences for potential clients.
• Apply training to live client interactions and continuously improve performance.
• Manage and direct incoming marketing phone traffic to meet team goals.

Who You Are

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume inbound calls and quickly qualifying interest.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to classify and prioritize leads.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel (basic reporting and tracking).
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and shift priorities when needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred but not required.
• Motivated to learn and advance into client-facing origination roles (pre-licensing support provided).
