What You’ll Do
This entry-level Marketing & Advertising Associate will support day-to-day marketing activities and learn core digital marketing skills while working with senior team members at a confidential client. Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the development and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and customer preferences
- Create, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms and the company website
- Support planning and on-site/logistical tasks for promotional events and product launches
- Help monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using analytics tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure campaign alignment
Who We’re Looking For
We seek a motivated, creative early-career professional who wants hands-on marketing experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools (CMS, basic analytics, scheduling tools) is a plus
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple small projects
- Comfortable learning new software and processes in a fast-paced environment
Compensation & Work Type
- Hourly pay: USD 16–26 per hour (posted range)
