What You’ll Do

This entry-level Manufacturing Technician role supports pharmaceutical production on 1st shift. You will work under supervisory direction to help operate and maintain sterile manufacturing and packaging lines, follow batch records and cGMP, and keep controlled areas clean and compliant.

• Support manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality expectations
• Prepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions and perform daily/weekly/monthly cleaning of controlled/classified areas
• Replenish components, materials, and supplies in processing areas
• Transport raw materials and finished product to/from staging per schedule
• Clean, set up, operate, and prepare equipment for sterilization (sterilizers, transfer isolators, component processors)
• Clean, set up, and operate weighing and compounding equipment; weigh APIs and excipients to batch record specifications
• Compound bulk drug product per standard operating procedures and batch record instructions
• Operate filling and packaging equipment for cartridges, prefilled syringes, vials, and related lines
• Adhere to current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and good documentation practices
• Participate in daily shift meetings and escalate issues to manufacturing leadership
• Follow all safety policies and site-specific procedures

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic math, reading, and written communication skills; ability to follow written procedures accurately
• Hands-on production or assembly experience strongly preferred
• Previous pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and adjust schedule as needed
• Able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Coursework or bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline
• Experience with weighing/compounding, aseptic technique, or sterile filling operations
• Familiarity with cGMP, cleanroom behavior, and documentation controls

Compensation & Schedule

• 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
• Estimated annual compensation (as listed by source): $88,106 per year (estimated)
• This is a full-time position; pay and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process
