What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer opportunity supporting day-to-day production and engineering activities at a Confidential Client facility. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain documentation, support continuous improvement, and assist with product and process updates.

• Support engineering and production teams with daily operations
• Update and maintain manufacturing documentation and records
• Create and revise Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings
• Assist with Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Review technical drawings and product documentation
• Maintain accurate data within company systems
• Support continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

We seek recent graduates or early-career engineers who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Location

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday
• Contract-to-hire role — fully onsite in Yaphank, NY

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $27.00 – $29.00 per hour (hourly range provided by Confidential Client)
