What You’ll Do

The Confidential Client is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and new product launches at an onsite facility in Paris, AR. Typical responsibilities include:

• Monitor, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and product quality.
• Develop, document, and implement equipment and process standards and preventive maintenance (PM) procedures.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues; lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support installations, line startups, special/capital projects, and new product introductions in partnership with project management and cross-functional teams.
• Use CAD tools (AutoCAD / SolidWorks) for tooling, jig, and fixture design as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment, parts, and technical support.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives (efficiency, yield, safety, cost).
• Assist with PLC/robotics support and integration when applicable.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications (must-haves):

• Bachelor of Engineering OR 5+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment installation, and preventive maintenance programs.

Preferred / nice-to-have:

• Experience with machining, metal forming, hydraulics, electrical or mechanical systems.
• PLC programming / robotics exposure (Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi PLCs a plus).
• Prior experience supporting capital projects, tooling design, or process validation.
• Project management or continuous improvement (TPS, Lean) experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $31.25 - $38.46 per hour (Contract-to-Hire).
