About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring Product / Manufacturing / Test Engineers to join an engineering team focused on automotive product development, manufacturing process improvements, and testing activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK. Engineers at all experience levels with automotive or industrial manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Improve manufacturing processes and increase production efficiency and product quality.
- Troubleshoot production challenges and implement practical engineering solutions.
- Support new product launches, engineering change implementations, and product testing activities.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and cross-functional engineering teams to drive projects to completion.
- Document process changes, test results, and technical recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, Systems engineering, or a related field — OR equivalent technical automotive/manufacturing experience for entry-level candidates.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, product engineering, test engineering, automation, or similar technical roles.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proven ability to solve technical problems in manufacturing, production, or industrial settings.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to work with production and quality teams on the plant floor.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with automotive manufacturing processes or component testing.
- Familiarity with automation, PLCs, or test equipment.
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience supporting new product launches in a production environment.
