What You’ll Do

This role supports a Confidential Client’s manufacturing operation. You will get hands-on experience on the production floor, working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve production issues.

• Work alongside production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Identify opportunities to increase safety, quality, and efficiency
• Help manage projects from concept through implementation
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop practical, implementable solutions
• Support installation and improvement of equipment, tooling, and work processes
• Create and maintain work instructions, procedures, and training materials
• Collect and analyze production data; recommend process improvements
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable results

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related Engineering field
• Internship, co-op, senior project, or hands-on manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with operators, technicians, and leadership
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

Pay & Benefits

• Pay range: $28.00 - $43.00 per hour (Contract to Hire). Actual pay will depend on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
• If eligible, benefits may include: medical, dental & vision; 401(k) options; life insurance; short/long-term disability; HSA; transportation benefits; Employee Assistance Program; and paid time off. Benefit eligibility and availability depend on classification and length of employment.
