Manufacturing Engineer
The Entry-Level Manufacturing Engineer will collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes, enhance safety, quality, and efficiency, and support equipment installation and troubleshooting. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives and project management from concept through implementation.

What You’ll Do
This role supports a Confidential Client’s manufacturing operation. You will get hands-on experience on the production floor, working with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve production issues.
- Work alongside production, maintenance, and engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes
- Identify opportunities to increase safety, quality, and efficiency
- Help manage projects from concept through implementation
- Troubleshoot production issues and develop practical, implementable solutions
- Support installation and improvement of equipment, tooling, and work processes
- Create and maintain work instructions, procedures, and training materials
- Collect and analyze production data; recommend process improvements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that drive measurable results
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or a related Engineering field
- Internship, co-op, senior project, or hands-on manufacturing experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with operators, technicians, and leadership
- Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment

Pay & Benefits
- Pay range: $28.00 - $43.00 per hour (Contract to Hire). Actual pay will depend on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
