Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing engineering and production teams in Holmes, IL. This is a full-time role focused on data analysis, process documentation, and execution support for engineering projects. Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support to manufacturing engineering and management teams with data gathering, entry, and analysis.
• Create graphs, tables and reports for engineering projects and data analyses.
• Assist with project management activities: status updates, project documentation, and execution support on assigned projects.
• Participate in creative problem-solving to identify and implement process improvements.
• Create or update Standard Work and work procedures to support consistent production processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate (Associate or Bachelor) in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes is desired.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand regulations, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. This employer is not currently hiring foreign national applicants who require sponsorship.
