What You’ll Do
You will work as a Manufacturing Engineer on third shift supporting a defense-focused production program (PAC-3 related manufacturing). The role emphasizes tooling and equipment design, hands-on production support, and continuous process improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness on the shop floor.
- Develop tooling and equipment designs from engineering hardware specifications and deliver complete technical data packages for fabrication and assembly.
- Create and maintain design documentation in accordance with company standards using Creo / SolidWorks (or similar CAD).
- Provide day-to-day engineering support to production — troubleshoot issues, lead root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to meet production rate targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality, materials, and test) to identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
- Design, pilot, and scale new manufacturing processes and systems to improve throughput and reduce cost.

Minimum (Basic) Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Entry-level understanding of basic hand tools and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Demonstrated basic problem-solving ability.
- Experience or proficiency with AutoCAD, Creo, SolidWorks, or similar 3D CAD/modeling software.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Secret security clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and tools used in manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with machine and tooling mechanical design.
- Understanding of general manufacturing and integration processes.
- Knowledge of engineering materials and manufacturing methods.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex production issues.

- Location: Camden, AR.
Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time salary range (posted by the client): $63,400 — $117,800 per year.
- Typical benefits include: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, EAP, flexible spending accounts, education assistance, life and disability insurance. Additional incentive programs may apply depending on position.

- This position is located at a facility requiring special access. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.
