Overview
Confidential Client is hiring Manufacturing Associate III / IV for Small Scale Purification (Days). This is a full-time, on-site manufacturing role supporting downstream purification operations in a cGMP drug substance facility. The position follows a 2-2-3 calendar rotation on days (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET). Typical downstream tasks include column chromatography, viral filtration, ultrafiltration, and bulk dispensing.
What You’ll Do
- Execute daily manufacturing activities: operate process equipment and follow validation protocols per cGMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Document and record all cGMP data and information (including deviations) for processing steps and equipment activities.
- Create and revise batch records, SLRs, and equipment logbooks.
- Assist with in-process sampling and basic sampling analysis (pH, conductivity, protein concentration, osmolarity, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready work environment in regulated areas.
- Contribute as an engaged team member and demonstrate leadership in shift activities.
- Participate in and lead training and continuous development efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

Manufacturing Associate III pay range: $25.96 - $34.13 per hour
- Education/experience combinations accepted:
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) + ≥ 0.5 years direct experience, OR
- BioWorks certificate or associate’s degree (STEM preferred) + ≥ 1 year direct experience, OR
- High school diploma or equivalent + ≥ 1.5 years direct experience
- Previous cGMP environment experience
- Ability to follow SOPs and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Experience or familiarity with aseptic/cleanroom work
- Understanding of process automation and software systems (e.g., DeltaV, LIMS)
- Previous pipetting experience in lab or manufacturing settings

- Education/experience combinations accepted:
- Bachelor’s degree (STEM preferred) + ≥ 2 years direct experience, OR
- BioWorks certificate or associate’s degree (STEM preferred) + ≥ 2.5 years direct experience, OR
- High school diploma or equivalent + ≥ 3 years direct experience
- All III-level skills, plus:
- Preferred pipetting experience
- Exposure to single-use consumables preferred

Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation range (all levels): $25.96 – $40.87 per hour (specific level determines final pay within ranges above).
- Base salary and level placement are determined using skills, experience, job location, and internal equity.

Additional Details
