Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Manufacturing Associate II to join a technical development team supporting pilot-scale Lipid Nanoparticle (LNP) and Drug Product production. This is an onsite, hands‑on biomanufacturing position ideal for early-career candidates with a relevant bachelor’s degree who want to grow into process ownership and technical roles.

What You’ll Do
In this onsite role you will support and execute established LNP and Drug Product manufacturing processes and develop operational ownership:
- Execute formulation unit operations (LNP and Drug Product) according to approved procedures; lead process runs after training and qualification.
- Prepare materials, buffers, equipment and work areas; follow 5S and cleanroom/ GMP environment expectations.
- Operate, clean and perform basic maintenance on laboratory and pilot-scale equipment safely.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP); maintain accurate batch and run records.
- Support troubleshooting, peer training/onboarding, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Communicate equipment, process or material issues clearly to drive site-wide improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Basic and preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific/engineering field. (Entry-level graduates encouraged to apply.)
- 0–2 years experience in biotech manufacturing, development, quality, or lab settings preferred.
- Hands-on exposure to bioprocess formulations or tangential flow filtration (TFF) is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication, attention to documentation, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite in a team environment and comply with safety and quality systems.
