What You’ll Do

This Manager in Training role is a hands-on, full-time management development position supporting a confidential client’s car rental branch in Washington Terrace, UT. You’ll learn daily branch operations, assist with customer-facing service and sales, coordinate the fleet, and develop supervisory skills that prepare you for Assistant Manager and Branch Manager roles.

• Learn and assist with daily branch operations and business performance
• Support customer service, rental sales, and revenue goals
• Coordinate vehicle availability, fleet inventory, and daily vehicle operations
• Help train, support, and develop team members
• Gain experience with employee scheduling, staffing, and team leadership
• Assist with customer concerns and operational problem-solving
• Learn company systems, procedures, and management practices

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated candidates who want to build a career in operations and people management. Ideal candidates will bring customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills.

• 2+ years experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or business operations preferred
• Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Interest in developing leadership and business management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position
• Base pay range: $44,000 — $50,000 per year (plus incentives)
