About the Role

Confidential Client is hiring a Manager in Training for a full-time, on-site leadership development role in Conroe, TX. This structured program prepares emerging leaders for community management roles in senior living by combining hands-on operations experience, mentorship, and exposure to financial, sales, and people-management responsibilities.

Estimated pay: $73,179 per year (estimated).


What You’ll Do

You will rotate through community functions and take ownership of real operational projects, including:

  • Learn day-to-day community operations alongside the Executive Director and leadership team
  • Support staff management, scheduling, and team development
  • Assist with resident relations, family communications, and resident satisfaction initiatives
  • Gain exposure to budgeting, financial performance, and resident billing
  • Learn business office tasks including payroll and accounts payable
  • Support compliance with state and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in sales activities: tours, occupancy management, and growth initiatives
  • Help with recruiting, onboarding, and employee administration
  • Support Manager-on-Duty responsibilities as assigned
  • Lead projects that improve community performance and resident experience
  • Build leadership skills in communication, decision-making, accountability, and problem-solving

Who This Role Is For

  • Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in Business, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Management, Finance, or related fields preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, property management, healthcare, retail, operations, or customer service preferred

Community-Specific Requirements

  • Weekend availability required
