Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking bright, driven candidates for a three-year Management Development (Management Trainee) program based in Union Gap, WA. This rotational program prepares you to run a Profit Center as a hands-on leader: you'll learn operations, sales, finance, warehousing, customer service and people leadership across the region. The program combines structured training, mentoring, and on-the-job rotations with clear performance-based advancement opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Rotate through core business functions (warehouse operations, sales, finance/accounting, customer service, purchasing)
- Learn sales processes and customer relationship management while participating in business development activities
- Support inventory and logistics operations including stock management and warehouse processes
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports to support decision-making
- Lead small teams during rotations and, over time, make hiring, pricing and merchandising decisions as a Profit Center Manager
- Work with a mentor and receive structured feedback to accelerate development and readiness for management
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong GPA
- Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular activities
- Strong interpersonal, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to work across the region (role may require relocation)
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with autonomy and accountability
- Entry-level experience in supervision, sales, operations, or customer service is a plus
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks consistent with federal, state, and local laws
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base pay: $82,446 per year (estimated)
- Opportunity for additional earnings through sales incentives and profit-sharing (opportunities to increase earnings within the program)
