What You’ll Do

Management Trainee — join a structured, rotational leadership-development program that exposes you to sales, operations, and office/service management functions to prepare you for supervisory roles.

• Rotate across departments (Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse, Office Management, Service Management) to build a holistic understanding of operations.
• Participate in outside sales activities to promote products/services and develop customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Collect and analyze sales and operational data to support business decisions.
• Work with leaders on projects to improve sales management and operational efficiency.
• Attend professional development programs including executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
  • Active driver’s license.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to provide documentation of previous employment.
• Preferred:
  • Internship or co-op experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles.
  • Academic major in business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience (campus leadership roles, extracurricular management, or similar).
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program as business needs require.
