What You’ll Do

This Management Trainee program gives early-career professionals hands-on exposure across customer-facing and operations functions to prepare you for leadership roles.

  • Rotate through multiple departments (Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management) to learn end-to-end operations
  • Participate in outside sales activities to develop prospecting, relationship-building and closing skills
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Assist with sales and operational data analysis to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with leaders on projects that improve sales management and operational efficiency
  • Attend professional development events such as executive leadership seminars and divisional summits
  • Be prepared to relocate regionally during or after the program for career advancement opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months of hire
  • Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating regulated vehicles over 10,000 lbs:
    • Active driver’s license
    • Be at least 21 years of age
    • Obtain DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment
    • Provide documentation of previous employment as requested
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production or administrative roles
  • Academic major in business or a related field
  • Leadership experience in campus organizations or extracurricular activities
  • Willingness to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role is $61,000 per year. Actual pay will vary based on experience, location and other factors.
