What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Management Trainee to join a structured leadership-development program that provides hands-on rotations across core business areas. This role is ideal for candidates who want accelerated learning, exposure to operations and sales, and clear career progression into management.

  • Rotate through multiple departments (Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management) to learn the business end-to-end
  • Participate in outside sales activities to develop customer relationships and promote products/services
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Analyze sales and operational data to support decision-making and process improvement
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and sales performance
  • Attend leadership development events such as Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits
  • Be prepared to relocate regionally during or at the end of the program, when applicable

Qualifications

Required (must meet prior to first day if applicable)

  • Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
  • Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements to operate a regulated vehicle >10,000 lbs if role duties require driving. Prior to the first day candidates must:
    • Have an active driver’s license
    • Be at least 21 years of age
    • Obtain DOT medical certification
    • Provide documentation of prior employment as requested
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated motivation to lead and learn in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles
  • Academic major in business or related field
  • Leadership roles on campus or in extracurricular activities
  • Willingness to work in both field (outside sales) and operational/warehouse settings

  • Competitive pay and a reasonable estimated base salary of approximately $64,000/year (estimate; final offer depends on experience and other factors)
