Confidential Client is seeking a Management Trainee to join a structured leadership development program based in Lilburn, GA. This is an early-career opportunity combining hands-on rotations across sales, production/warehouse, office operations, and service management to prepare you for supervisory and management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments to learn operational and leadership responsibilities.
• Participate in outside sales activities to develop client relationships and promote services.
• Provide excellent customer service, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support analysis of sales and operational data to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with managers on projects to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Attend professional development sessions, including leadership seminars and divisional summits.
