What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring a Management Trainee for a structured 7-month rotational program based in Knoxville, TN. This role is designed for motivated recent graduates or early-career professionals who want a fast-paced path into management within the logistics and warehouse sector.

• Participate in a multi-department rotational program (Parts, Service, Leasing, Operations, and Management)
• Learn core processes across field operations, customer service, and business administration
• Support operational projects and continuous-improvement initiatives
• Work closely with senior leaders and receive formal training from executive teams
• Track performance metrics, assist with reporting, and present findings to stakeholders
• Prepare for a permanent leadership placement at the program’s conclusion (relocation may be required)

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Agriculture, or a related discipline (strongly preferred)
• Leadership potential; experience in sales, customer service, or team lead roles is a plus
• Commitment to high-quality work and excellent customer service
• Ability to travel between locations during rotations as required
