Position Summary
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Management Trainees to join a three-year Management Development Program that prepares high-potential candidates to lead branch or profit-center operations. This is a hands-on rotational program combining operational experience, sales exposure, and leadership development. Trainees will learn supply-distribution business fundamentals and gain the skills to eventually run a Profit Center.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in a structured, multi-year Management Development Program with rotations across sales, operations, inventory/warehouse, and finance
- Support day-to-day branch operations — including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service
- Generate and develop customer relationships; participate in business development and sales activities
- Assist with basic financial and performance reporting and learn to interpret key business metrics
- Work alongside mentors and leaders to develop leadership, hiring, and commercial decision-making skills
- Prepare to lead a team and eventually operate as a Profit Center Manager with P&L responsibility
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with a solid GPA
- Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular activities
- Interest in sales, operations, and running a profit-driven business
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment and willing to relocate within the region as rotations/assignments require
- Strong interpersonal, communication and critical-thinking skills
- Preferred: entry-level experience in sales, customer service, operations, or people/project supervision

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $92,454 per year (estimated)

Location & Mobility
