What You’ll Do

• Rotate through departments to learn operations from a leadership viewpoint, including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management.
• Support outside sales activities — prospect, present solutions, and build long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Analyze sales and operational data to support informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional leaders on projects to improve sales management and operational efficiency.
• Participate in professional development opportunities such as executive leadership seminars and divisional summits.

Qualifications

Required

• Must have, or expect to obtain, a Bachelor's degree within six months.
• Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating regulated vehicles over 10,000 lbs prior to the first day of employment:
  • Active valid driver’s license
  • At least 21 years of age
  • DOT medical certification
  • Documentation of prior employment as required by DOT rules

Preferred

• Co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles.
• Degree or coursework in business or a related field.
• Previous leadership experience (student groups, campus organizations, or similar).
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program to support career growth.

Compensation

• Estimated base salary: $73,200 / year (estimate provided by the employer). Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and business needs.
