What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Management Development Program is a three-year, rotational leadership training program designed to develop future Profit Center Managers. You will learn the business end-to-end and gain hands-on experience across functions.

  • Rotate through warehouse, purchasing, operations, finance, and sales to learn distribution operations
  • Support inventory and stocking activities and collaborate with warehouse teams
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing financial records and reports
  • Participate in sales and customer engagement activities to grow business
  • Work with mentors and regional leaders on projects that improve processes and customer service
  • Take on increasing responsibility for people leadership, decision-making, and P&L-related activities over the program
  • Prepare to transition to a Profit Center Manager role making hiring, merchandising, pricing, sales, and marketing decisions

Who We’re Looking For

We recruit candidates who are entrepreneurial, accountable, and eager to lead.

  • Bachelor’s degree with a solid GPA
  • Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular settings
  • Desire to run a business and lead a team
  • Willingness to work across the assigned region (relocation may be required)
  • Strong interpersonal, critical-thinking, and communication skills
  • Entry-level experience in supervision, sales, operations, or customer service is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated starting/base pay (source data): $94,547 per year (estimated).

Full-time benefits (30+ hours/week) include:
