Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Management Trainee (Entry Level Sales) in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time role with paid, hands-on training, uncapped commission, and a clear path into leadership. You will work face-to-face with customers representing a major telecommunications and entertainment provider, learning customer acquisition, sales presentation, and people leadership skills.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers face-to-face to educate them on products and services
- Represent a leading telecommunications and entertainment brand in the Charlotte area
- Manage a designated sales territory across Charlotte, NC
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and help customers select the best solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Learn leadership systems and core business operations through hands-on training
- Mentor and support new team members as you advance toward management
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other customer-facing roles
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Dependable and professional with good time-management skills
- Comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Must currently reside in the Charlotte, NC area and have reliable transportation
