What You’ll Do
This Management Trainee role supports a confidential client in the Customer Services industry and is designed as a structured leadership development program based in Denver, CO. You will rotate through multiple business functions to gain hands-on experience in sales, operations and service, working alongside experienced managers and cross-functional teams.
- Rotate through departments to learn the business from a leadership perspective.
- Support outside sales efforts to build customer relationships and promote services.
- Assist with production/warehouse and office management activities to improve operational efficiency.
- Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Analyze sales and operational data to inform decisions and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate on projects with area leaders and participate in professional development events.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- Must have, or be on track to obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
- Must meet DOT requirements for driving regulated vehicles over 10,000 lbs prior to first day:
- Active driver’s license
- Be at least 21 years of age
- DOT medical certification
- Provide previous employment documentation
Preferred
- Internship or co-op experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles.
- Academic major in business or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in campus or extracurricular activities.
- Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated base salary: $61,000 per year (reasonable estimate; final pay depends on experience, skills, and other factors).

Requirements & Compliance
- This role requires compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) rules for certain driving duties — candidates must satisfy the listed DOT items before starting.
