Role Overview

Confidential Client is seeking an ambitious Management Trainee to join a structured three-year Management Development Program based in Costa Mesa, CA. This rotational program prepares motivated candidates for branch leadership and profit-center management by providing hands-on experience across sales, operations, warehouse, finance, and customer engagement functions.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in a rigorous rotational program covering distribution, sales, operations, inventory/warehouse, and financial management.
• Learn to analyze P&L, forecast sales, and make decisions on product mix and pricing.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and participate in sales and marketing activities.
• Work with mentors and cross-functional teams to lead small projects and process improvements.
• Assist with hiring, coaching, and team development as you progress toward managing a profit center.
• Relocate within the region when required to complete rotations and long-term placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required) with a solid GPA.
• Demonstrated leadership in academic, professional, or extracurricular activities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Comfortable working across diverse functions — operations, sales, customer service, and finance.
• Desire to lead a team and run a business unit; entrepreneurial mindset preferred.
• Entry-level supervisory, sales, operations, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability and willingness to relocate within the region for rotations and placement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $28.34 per hour (hourly rate disclosed per California pay-transparency guidance).
