What You’ll Do

This Management Trainee program provides hands-on rotations across core business areas to develop leadership and operational skills. Responsibilities include:

• Rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management and Service Management to learn the business end-to-end
• Support outside sales efforts: prospecting, customer visits, and building relationships
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly
• Analyze sales and operational data to help inform local business decisions
• Collaborate with managers and cross-functional teams on projects tied to sales management and operational efficiency
• Participate in professional development opportunities such as executive leadership seminars and divisional summits

Who You Are (Qualifications)

Required

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements to drive regulated vehicles >10,000 lbs prior to first day:
  • Active driver’s license
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Obtain DOT medical certification
  • Provide documentation of previous employment as requested

Preferred

• Co-op or internship experience in customer service, sales, production, or administrative roles
• Academic major in business or a related field
• Leadership experience (student organizations, team captain, etc.)
• Willingness to relocate regionally during or after program completion

• Estimated pay: $59,071 per year (estimated)
