What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee for territory-based, face-to-face sales across Charlotte, NC. This role combines paid, hands-on sales training with a clear path into leadership.

• Meet customers face-to-face to educate them on telecommunications and entertainment products and services
• Represent a national brand while delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Manage and develop a designated sales territory across Charlotte, NC
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and recommend solutions that fit customer needs
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
• Learn leadership systems, campaign execution, and business operations through on-the-job training

Who We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other people-focused roles
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow
• Clear, confident communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, competitive team environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
• Must currently reside in the Charlotte area and have reliable transportation
