Overview
Confidential Client is hiring for an accelerated, entry-level Management & Sales Training Program in Sandy Plains, GA. This structured development program prepares high-potential early-career professionals to move into store management within 18–24 months after completing initial formal training. Typical schedule is approximately 44 hours per week and may include evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do
- Complete an established training curriculum (classroom + on-the-job) to develop skills in sales, customer service, operations, merchandising, and finance.
- Support store leadership in running a high-revenue retail location and learn to manage a multi-faceted business.
- Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers—selling large-volume solutions to contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, and other commercial accounts.
- Assist with store administration, visual merchandising, and promotional displays to maintain outstanding store condition.
- Partner with store leadership to make outside sales calls and grow market share.
- Support employee development, performance management, and, when necessary, corrective actions.
- Respond to and resolve customer and employee concerns with professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree completed by the program start date.
- Ability to retrieve materials from shelves and floor stacks and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodation).
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- 1+ year experience in leadership, supervising, or leading teams.
- Experience in team-oriented settings (work, extracurriculars, military, etc.).
- Experience selling paint or paint-related products is a plus.
- Familiarity with timekeeping or CRM systems.
- Willingness to relocate for future opportunities.
- Bilingual ability or proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
