What You’ll Do

Confidential Client’s Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level development program designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18–24 months. You will complete a structured training curriculum (including an initial 8-week classroom/store training), then work alongside store leadership to run and grow a high-volume retail location.

  • Lead sales efforts to increase market share with commercial and retail customers (painting contractors, purchasing agents, manufacturers, etc.)
  • Support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships
  • Assist with outside sales calls and account development alongside the Store Manager
  • Support employee training, coaching, performance management and corrective action
  • Maintain store condition, visual merchandising and promotional displays
  • Use CRM/timekeeping systems to manage sales activity and store admin tasks
  • Work a typical schedule of ~44 hours/week, which may include evenings and weekends

Estimated compensation (from source): $96,329 per year (estimated).

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
  • Bachelor’s degree completed by the program start date
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in retail, sales or customer service
  • 1+ year experience in leadership, supervising or team-leading roles
  • Experience selling paint or paint-related products
  • Experience working with CRM or timekeeping systems
  • Willingness to relocate for future roles
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish a plus)
