What You’ll Do
This Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level development program designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in roughly 18–24 months. You will begin with an intensive 8-week training period and then gain hands-on retail and commercial sales experience while working alongside store leaders.
Typical schedule: approximately 44 hours per week; may include evenings and weekends.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Complete structured training consistent with the established program
- Support business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Build and maintain product knowledge to make effective customer recommendations
- Develop relationships with wholesale and retail customers, including large commercial accounts
- Assist with store administration and visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security procedures
- Support employee training, development, performance management, and corrective action
- Respond to and resolve customer and employee concerns
- Partner with the Store Manager to make outside sales calls and expand market share

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary: $96,555 per year (estimated)

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree completed by the start of the program
- Ability, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve items from shelves and floor stacks and lift/carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- At least 1 year experience in leadership or supervising roles
- Experience working in team-oriented settings (work, extracurriculars, military service, etc.)
- Experience selling paint or paint-related products (helpful but not required)
- Familiarity with timekeeping or CRM systems
- Willingness to relocate for future opportunities
- Ability to communicate in more than one language; Spanish language ability is a plus
