Join an 18-month IGNITE Management Development Program as a Food & Beverage Trainee at a Confidential Client property in Amangiri (Canyon Point), United States. This immersive, fast-tracked leadership program is designed for recent hospitality graduates and early-career professionals ready to build a career in luxury hospitality.

  • Program start: March 2027 (18 months)
  • Location: Amangiri — Canyon Point, United States
  • Employment type: Full time (program / internship-style placement with defined term)

What You’ll Do

During the program you will:

  • Complete an initial 1-month immersion across core hotel functions (operations, finance, HR, sales) to gain a holistic view of ultra‑luxury property management.
  • Specialize in Food & Beverage, taking on progressively greater responsibility in operations, guest service, and team leadership.
  • Lead and contribute to projects that improve guest experience and operational performance.
  • Participate in on-the-job training, classroom instruction, eLearning and accredited online courses (in partnership with Cornell University).
  • Receive one-to-one mentorship from senior leaders and prepare for promotion to an Assistant Manager role upon program graduation.

Requirements

We encourage candidates who meet the following to apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in hospitality or a related field, completed within the last 2 years.
  • At least 1 year of work or internship experience in hospitality (luxury experience preferred).
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfort working with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Adaptable to remote or unique destination locations.
  • Curious, operationally focused, and eager to take ownership and pursue an international hospitality career.
  • Positive mindset under pressure and a collaborative, service-first attitude.
