What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Management Associate position in Safety & Industrial Hygiene designed as a 12–24 month rotational training program. You will work across functional areas to build technical and leadership skills that prepare you for advanced EHS roles.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Administer and support the client’s safety program to maintain a safe work environment at the assigned facility
- Assist plant teams to improve safety performance, including coordinating prevention programs and conducting accident/injury investigations
- Integrate safety practices across the facility to support corporate and plant safety goals
- Help develop and deliver safety and compliance training
- Provide technical and compliance support and help develop safety processes that drive continuous improvement
- Participate in rotational assignments within the Safety & Industrial Hygiene organization as assigned
Candidate Requirements
You should meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Fire Protection or a closely related field
- Graduated within the last three years from an accredited college or university at the time of hire
- Less than three years of professional work experience
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving ability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Prior internship or relevant hands-on experience is a plus

Compensation & Employment Details
- Base salary range: $75,000 - $80,000 (good-faith estimate; final offer will depend on candidate skills and experience)
- Employment type: Full-time (with contract designation noted by client)
- Location: Ecorse, MI — on-site work at the assigned facility (relocation support may be determined by the hiring client)
