Program Overview

This is an entry-level leadership opportunity within a Management Accelerator Program (MAP) focused on Finance. The structured, cohort-based program places participants in operational finance roles supporting a multi-site corrections business line. Participants gain hands-on experience across financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational finance while receiving mentorship and formal leadership development aimed at preparing you for progression to a Finance Manager role. What You’ll Do

You will rotate through finance-focused responsibilities that support site and client reporting, budget processes, and margin improvement efforts. Core responsibilities include:

• Review monthly operational financial reports and assist with client-facing financial reporting and reconciliations
• Support annual budget preparation and ongoing budget management
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports tracking labor, direct cost, revenue, expenses, and profit by area
• Partner with operations leaders to identify and drive margin improvement initiatives
• Train and reinforce financial controls, policies, and procedures for site teams
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable oversight
• Assist with internal audits and operational finance support as needed
• Contribute to forecasting and cost-control projects across assigned sites

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree completed prior to program start, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Graduating between December 2026 and August 2027; program start dates may vary
• Demonstrated leadership experience through internships, campus involvement, or prior work experience
• Strong interest in building a career in finance with an emphasis on operational finance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written, and professional communication skills
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
