Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Managed Services - Private Asr - Staff Accountant (Associate level) to support its Assurance practice in Lake Dallas, TX. This role focuses on managing financial records, performing analysis, and helping maintain compliance with accounting and reporting standards. The position is full-time with travel up to 20%.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and optimize client financial performance
• Manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management activities
• Prepare and present financial statements and reports to provide clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver quality client work and drive value
• Apply accounting and financial reporting standards to maintain data integrity
• Use digital tools to improve financial analysis and reporting efficiency
• Gather information from multiple sources to identify patterns and support recommendations
• Take ownership of assignments and build your professional brand through consistent delivery

Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, or related field)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Ability to work collaboratively on client-facing teams
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

• Proficiency with Accounting and Financial Reporting Standards
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements
• General ledger accounting and account reconciliation expertise
• Credit control or related treasury experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $63,000 - $141,500 per year. Actual pay offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable employment laws.
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
• Typical benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, and personal/family sick leave (benefits subject to client plan and eligibility).

• Primary work location: Lake Dallas, TX (onsite / client engagements as required).
• Travel: up to 20%.
