What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Logistics Representative (Sales) for their Fort Myers, FL operation. This role provides structured, hands-on training in freight brokerage and 3PL operations. You'll rotate through core activities across operations, sales support, and carrier relations to build practical knowledge and a career path in logistics.

• Learn freight brokerage fundamentals: carrier relations, load management, and customer service
• Support daily logistics operations including load tracking, scheduling, and issue resolution in real time
• Collaborate with sales and carrier teams to move freight efficiently and deliver strong customer experiences
• Use technology platforms and tools that support dispatch, tracking, and communication
• Complete a structured training program focused on skill building and career progression
• Build professional relationships with teammates, carriers, and customers

Responsibilities

• Support dispatch and load coordination from assignment through delivery
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers
• Assist with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up required to keep freight moving
• Escalate and help resolve operational issues by coordinating with carriers and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records in company systems and assist with ad-hoc reporting as needed

• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
• Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation
