About the Role
Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Logistics Representative (Sales) in Lake Mary, FL. This is a full-time role designed for recent graduates or professionals seeking a career change into freight brokerage and 3PL operations. You will enter an accelerated training program, gain hands-on experience across operations and sales, and be mentored by experienced logistics professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Learn core freight brokerage principles, including carrier relations, load management, and customer service
- Support daily logistics operations: load tracking, scheduling, and real-time problem solving
- Coordinate with sales and carrier teams to ensure efficient freight movement and positive customer experiences
- Use technology platforms and tools that support logistics operations
- Participate in a structured training and onboarding program to build skills and confidence
- Build professional relationships with teammates, customers, and carriers

- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, with or without reasonable accommodation
