What You’ll Do

Join the operations team supporting our confidential client as an entry-level Logistics Operations Support Specialist. You will work closely with Client Success Representatives to quote, book, dispatch, track, and manage shipments using proprietary logistics tools. This is an hourly, entry-level position with a pay range of $37,250–$40,560 per year.

• Directly support Client Success Representatives in day-to-day shipment operations
• Quote, book, dispatch, track and manage shipments using company logistics technology
• Monitor pickup and delivery activity; proactively communicate when exceptions occur
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
• Coordinate with other internal teams to meet customer expectations and resolve issues
• Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced operations environment
• Always hustle; never settle — deliver consistent service and continuous improvement

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Strong customer advocacy while maintaining positive cross-department relationships
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset with commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform under pressure
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems quickly
• Driven, enthusiastic, highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Excellent oral and written communication and business writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
