What You’ll Do

Confidential Client (Logistics & Warehouse) is hiring an entry-level, on-site Logistics Coordinator to support daily supply-chain operations in Laredo, TX. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, routing coordination, staging support, and day-to-day logistics problem-solving with hands-on training and mentorship.

• Track inventory & assets — maintain up-to-date stock logs, dispatch schedules, promotional kits, and shipment manifests.
• Synchronize supply routes — coordinate with venue partners, transportation leads, and field teams to ensure timely, safe deliveries.
• Resolve logistics bottlenecks — monitor delivery metrics, spot delays early, and implement practical staging solutions.
• Facilitate daily operations — run morning distribution syncs, prioritize tasks, document decisions, and keep workflows moving.
