What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring entry-level candidates for a Logistics Coordinator Development Program in Fountainebleau, FL. This structured, full-time program combines classroom-style training, hands-on coaching, and progressive operational responsibilities to develop skills across freight movement, shipment coordination, and customer-facing logistics support.

You will learn core freight operations across the U.S. and Canada and support daily brokerage and operations tasks while being coached toward increased responsibility and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate freight shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Communicate professionally with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
• Track shipments and provide proactive delivery-status updates.
• Create and maintain accurate shipment orders, bills, and documentation.
• Identify transportation delays and work to resolve service-related issues.
• Support day-to-day freight brokerage and logistics operations.
• Manage multiple shipments, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Maintain organized operational records and meet performance targets.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Prior customer service, operations, logistics, or fast-paced professional experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and solve problems under pressure.
• Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to learn.
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish or French is a plus.
