Position Overview
This entry-level Logistics and Sales Coordinator role supports day-to-day operations, shipment coordination, and customer relationship activities for a Confidential Client in the Logistics & Warehouse industry. This is a hands-on role ideal for recent college graduates who enjoy problem solving, clear communication, and building relationships. A Bachelor’s degree is required to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate shipments and track freight to help ensure timely delivery
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, carriers, and transportation partners
- Communicate shipment updates and proactively address delays or service concerns
- Support customer requests related to shipping, scheduling, and order management
- Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and improve service levels
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, orders, and customer interactions in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations
- Assist with documentation, operational reporting, and process improvement initiatives
