Team Overview

Confidential Client’s Loan Platforms portfolio unifies workflows and datasets across syndicated loan market participants. The suite includes trading & settlement, administrative details and wire instruction services, messaging for STP across the trade lifecycle, integration tooling, tax utility integrations, and reconciliation capabilities used by lenders, agent banks, custodians, trustees, borrowers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and reduce risk.


Responsibilities & Impact

You will partner with Product, Commercial, Sales, Technology, and Operations to deliver world‑class loan platform products. The role requires strong technical fluency, analytical rigor, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.

  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to identify product enhancements and translate needs into clear requirements.
  • Maintain an in‑depth understanding of the Loan Platforms ecosystem and how product strategy impacts customer engagements.
  • Build and maintain proactive customer relationships to ensure a positive experience.
  • Influence stakeholders and collaborate to determine acceptable, pragmatic solutions.
  • Document end‑to‑end requirements including customer journeys, features, user stories, and cross‑team dependencies; clarify scope (core product vs. integrations).
  • Produce high‑quality product documentation, specifications, walkthroughs, and demonstrations for both technical and business audiences.
  • Participate in product testing and support cycles; assist teammates with client engagements when needed.
  • Contribute to solution roadmaps and prioritize near‑ and long‑term deliverables.
  • Track and manage key stakeholder relationships and continuously expand market knowledge to identify trends.

Compensation & Benefits (US)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $53,084 to $85,450 USD. Final base salary will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, experience, skills, training, and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional benefits through Confidential Client.


What We’re Looking For — Basic Required Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between engagements while maintaining a seamless customer experience.
  • Clear articulation of technology and product positioning to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with relational databases and T‑SQL querying (MS SQL Server) including Stored Procedures.
  • Experience with or understanding of XML data models.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in Business, Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 5–6 years of relevant product management experience in financial markets preferred.
  • Experience working in a bank or asset manager as a product specialist is a plus.
  • Direct experience in the syndicated loans space is an advantage.
  • Experience at a solution vendor servicing Financial Services clients is beneficial.

Work Authorization & Interview Requirement

  • This role is limited to candidates with indefinite right to work in the United States.
  • Final candidates are required to attend at least one in‑person interview, typically at the nearest Confidential Client office, before an offer can be extended.
