The LIMS Data Analyst 2 at Confidential Client supports site Quality Control and manufacturing by managing master data within the global Laboratory Information Management System (gLIMS). This role ensures data integrity, compliance with cGMP guidelines, and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain quality systems and support manufacturing operations at the Portsmouth site.

What You’ll Do
- Build, configure, and load master data into the global Laboratory Information Management System (gLIMS) — consumables, sampling plans, specifications, parameter lists, test methods, and LES templates.
- Perform local data cleansing and validation to ensure master data quality and adherence to global data principles.
- Draft clear local SOPs and work instructions describing how global LIMS processes are executed at the Portsmouth site.
- Support quality systems compliance (cGMP) and related workflows: deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and OTNs using TrackWise.
- Collaborate with QC, Manufacturing, Validation, and the global gLIMS team to establish ongoing local data management support.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in a science-related discipline or equivalent relevant experience.
- Entry-level to early-career experience (0–4 years) in Quality Control, enterprise systems, or validation within a cGMP-regulated biotech/pharma environment.
- Hands-on experience with LIMS or similar laboratory data management systems, specifically master data setup and loading.
- Understanding of QC lab operations, sampling plans, parameter lists, and computer system/equipment validation.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project) and familiarity with quality tracking tools such as TrackWise.
- Strong attention to detail, data integrity mindset, and good communication skills.
Work Location & Schedule
- This is a site-based, full-time role at our Portsmouth, NH facility during regular business hours.
- Estimated annual compensation: $154,923 (estimated).
