What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development through outreach, cold calling, and relationship-building.
- Prospect and analyze market data to identify investment opportunities.
- Attend networking and industry events to expand your pipeline.
- Advise clients on commercial real estate investment strategies.
- Present marketing proposals and negotiate listings on behalf of clients.
What You Bring
- Valid California real estate license required.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build and scale your own book of business.
- Coachable, self-motivated, and persistent — backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community involvement are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred in business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or a related field.
Compensation & Employment Type
This is a 100% commission-based role as a 1099 independent contractor. Anticipated annualized commission range: $0.00 to $250,000+ (actual earnings vary based on transactions, market conditions, and individual performance). As an independent contractor, this position is not eligible for company-paid benefits.
Employment type: CONTRACTOR (1099), Full-Time expected.
