Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring a Full‑Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team in South Paterson, NJ. This on‑site role focuses on delivering evidence‑based outpatient care across a broad patient population. What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, functional testing, and standardized assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and appropriate modalities.
- Monitor and document patient progress; revise interventions and goals as needed.
- Communicate evaluation results, treatment plans, and progress with patients and family members in clear, compassionate terms.
- Provide patient education and self‑management strategies to promote long‑term mobility and wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
Patient Population / Setting
- Outpatient rehabilitation clinic serving a diverse caseload, including patients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions.
- Work is primarily clinic‑based in South Paterson, NJ with a patient‑centered approach to care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent required by state) from an accredited program.
- Current, active license to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.
