Position Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team in Miami, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates or licensed therapists transitioning into orthopedics and post-surgical rehabilitation. The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000–120,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy services for an assigned caseload.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor clinical progress according to state scope of practice and professional standards.
• Reassess and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes and patient feedback.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercises, equipment use, and self-management strategies.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and other allied health professionals.
• Manage daily caseload and scheduling priorities to ensure efficient patient flow.

Schedule & Location

• Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
• Location: Miami, FL — work onsite with access to modern rehabilitation equipment and collaborative clinical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or higher; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification — must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment if not already current.
• Ability to perform job duties in a manner that complies with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

• Clinical internships or hands-on experience in orthopedic or post-surgical rehab settings.
• Familiarity with common therapeutic modalities used in orthopedic and post-operative care.
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills.
