What You’ll Do

The Business Operations Specialist supports daily operations for the LiB Materials business, focused on sales transaction support, documentation control, inventory coordination, management reporting, and accounting assistance. You will work cross-functionally with sales, accounting, logistics, headquarters, and external partners to ensure accurate transaction processing, timely reporting, and smooth execution of business activities. You will also assist with basic market research and business analysis to inform management decisions.

  • Support sales-related transactions: review purchase orders (PO), sales orders (SO), invoices, delivery documents, and supporting evidence
  • Coordinate with sales, accounting, logistics, headquarters, and external partners to resolve documentation and operational issues
  • Assist monthly close activities: transaction review, gross profit analysis, accruals, prepaid expenses, and General Ledger account review
  • Support bank reconciliations, financial statement prep, CPA coordination, and ad hoc management reporting
  • Prepare consolidation and intercompany reconciliation schedules and supporting transaction data
  • Track inventory movements, delivery timing, storage cost review, and reconcile inventory records (including SAP)
  • Monitor and summarize market trends, customer updates, competitor activity, pricing references, logistics costs, and regulatory changes relevant to the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related field
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build clear reports and presentations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to collect, organize, and summarize business and market information from public sources and internal data
  • Korean-English bilingual proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  • Hands-on experience in business operations, sales operations, accounting support, business analysis, trading, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with PO/SO/invoice review, sales documentation, inventory accounting, gross profit analysis, and monthly close support

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (listed)
