What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Intake Center role supporting a confidential client’s mass-tort and class-action practice. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will help collect information, provide a compassionate experience, and route matters to the legal team.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to client inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Place outbound calls to follow up on potential client leads.
- Triage and prioritize inbound calls and new intakes per established protocols.
- Collect detailed intake information and enter data accurately into the case system.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Follow call scripts and protocols; suggest improvements to enhance call-handling quality.
- Coordinate with leadership and intake teams to ensure timely responses and high client satisfaction.
Schedule & Location
- 100% in-office — this role is located in Ellisburg, NJ.
- Temp-to-perm assignment (60–90 days; conversion to direct hire if successful).
- Shifts available (examples):
- Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Afternoon: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Evening: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Example rotating workday patterns (subject to final scheduling):
- Sat–Wed (Thu & Fri off)
- Wed–Sun (Mon & Tue off)
- Mon–Fri (Sat & Sun off)

Qualifications

- Reliable transportation to the Ellisburg, NJ office.
- Call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Interest in the legal field and leadership potential are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with case management platforms (Salesforce) preferred.
Compensation
- Estimated pay: $52,554 per year (estimated figure provided by source). Final pay and benefits will be determined by the confidential client and may vary with experience and role conversion.
