Overview

Confidential Client is seeking a motivated Learning Partner I to join their Learning & Development team in Englewood, CO. This entry-level, full-time role supports the design, delivery, and evaluation of employee training programs across instructor-led, virtual, and digital modalities. You’ll work with business partners and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create engaging, measurable learning solutions that support organizational goals.


What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze learning needs and recommend solutions.
  • Design and develop learning assets: ILT, VILT, e-learning modules, blended programs, job aids, and quick reference guides.
  • Support delivery of training (facilitate or coordinate ILT/VILT) and assist with user onboarding.
  • Build and maintain course materials in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and upload to LMS.
  • Create and implement assessments (pre/post tests, quizzes, surveys) to measure learning outcomes and iterate on content.
  • Track training effectiveness and report on adoption, completion, and performance improvements.
  • Stay current on L&D best practices and bring new ideas to improve learner engagement and accessibility.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — OR 4+ years of relevant experience if no degree.
  • 0–2 years of experience in instructional design, training, or a related L&D role.
  • Basic working knowledge of Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring tools.
  • Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (see Additional Information for citizenship/clearance requirements).

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense or other highly regulated industries.
  • Certifications in instructional design or e-learning (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
  • Proficiency with Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience with audio/video production and multimedia learning assets.
  • Experience administering or using LMS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, etc.).
  • Experience creating technical, compliance, or process training.

Essential Functions

  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively via phone, email, and in person.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Ability to travel as required and work in an office or hybrid environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated starting salary range: $64,900 — $85,296 per year (range reflects experience, skills, and any applicable geographic differential).
  • Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, retirement match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and additional programs offered by Confidential Client.

Additional Information

  • Employment type: Full-time, Permanent.
